Service Notice: SOL Chain Services Fully Restored
At 14:34 on June 9, 2025, we detected a failure in both the primary and secondary SOL nodes, which caused synchronization issues. Upon identifying the problem, we immediately activated a third-party paid node to ensure that all core functions—excluding block scanning—such as transaction backfill and distribution, could resume promptly. However, due to limitations in the third-party node's stability and response time, we opted not to enable its block scanning function to avoid compromising overall performance. Simultaneously, we began restoring our own nodes. By 15:15 on June 10, our nodes were fully repaired and synchronized, and the block scanning service was reinstated. As of now, all SOL-related functions have been fully restored. To improve system resilience, we have increased the number of operational SOL nodes from two to three. In the future, if both primary and secondary nodes fail again, we will activate the third-party node for block scanning as a backup measure. Please note that while this backup ensures service continuity in emergencies, its scanning speed may be slower and is intended solely for temporary use. If you have further questions regarding this incident, please feel free to contact our support team.
