New Features

1. [New Network] Added sei mainnet. Enable it in Merchant backend→ currency control, and update CoinSend & CoinGet clients to the latest version V2.0.24 to use it.

2. [API] Added an address format validation API, which can be used to verify whether addresses are correctly formatted and whether EVM-type addresses are contract addresses before submitting transaction records via the API.

3. [API] Added new signing methods. You can now choose between HmacSHA256 symmetric encryption and Ed25519 asymmetric signing.
