TEAMZ Web3 Summit Tokyo 2023 Recap: Exploring the Future of Web3 in Japan
CoinsDo was pleased to take part in TEAMZ Web3 Summit 2023, held on May 17–18, 2023, at Toranomon Hills, Tokyo. The two-day summit brought together more than 4,500 attendees, including Web3 builders, investors, enterprises, exchanges, infrastructure providers, media, and community leaders from around the world.
With 89 speakers, 65 sponsors, 35 media partners, and 45 community collaborators, the event served as one of Japan’s key platforms for discussing the future of blockchain, digital assets, Web3 infrastructure, gaming, NFTs, AI, and decentralized communities.
Japan’s Web3 Momentum
Throughout the summit, one clear message stood out: Japan is becoming an increasingly important market for Web3 innovation.
Industry leaders and representatives from major institutions shared insights on Japan’s evolving digital asset landscape, including discussions around stablecoins, NFTs, DAOs, tokenized services, enterprise adoption, and regulatory clarity. Speakers from organizations such as MUFG, Astar Network, NTT Docomo, NEC, Deloitte, IBM Japan, Animoca Brands, and others highlighted how both startups and large enterprises are exploring practical Web3 use cases.
For CoinsDo, this reinforced our belief that Japan has strong potential to become a major hub for secure, compliant, and user-friendly Web3 adoption.
CoinsDo’s Pitch: Building Secure MPC Wallet Infrastructure for Web3 Adoption
CoinsDo was honored to participate in the summit’s Pitch Event, where our Product Manager, Wehming Tan, introduced CoinsDo’s approach to building secure and practical wallet infrastructure for the Web3 ecosystem.
During the pitch, we highlighted our work on MPC wallet technology, designed to help users and businesses manage digital assets without relying on a single private key. Instead of storing one complete private key in one place, MPC technology splits the signing process across multiple parties or devices, reducing single points of failure while maintaining a smooth user experience.
For CoinsDo, the goal is clear:
to make digital asset management safer, more flexible, and easier to use for real-world adoption.
As Web3 continues to grow, wallet security is no longer just a technical feature — it is a foundation for trust. Businesses need infrastructure that can support secure transactions, approval workflows, team-based asset management, and scalable operations without compromising control over their assets.
Through our MPC wallet infrastructure, CoinsDo aims to help Web3 projects, enterprises, and digital asset businesses strengthen wallet security, simplify asset operations, and prepare for broader blockchain adoption.
Our participation at TEAMZ Web3 Summit 2023 allowed us to share this vision with Japan’s Web3 community and explore how secure wallet infrastructure can support the next stage of industry growth.

Key Takeaways from the Summit
One of the strongest themes at TEAMZ Web3 Summit 2023 was the shift from hype to real-world implementation. Across panels and presentations, speakers emphasized several important points:
Security and trust are essential
As Web3 applications expand, wallet security, smart contract audits, private key protection, and compliance frameworks are becoming more important than ever.
User experience must improve
For Web3 to reach mainstream users, products need to be simpler, more intuitive, and less technically overwhelming.
Enterprise participation is increasing
Large companies in finance, entertainment, telecom, and technology are actively exploring blockchain use cases, from digital assets and NFTs to identity, payments, and community engagement.
Japan has strong Web3 potential
With its world-class IP, gaming culture, enterprise ecosystem, and growing regulatory clarity, Japan is well-positioned to play a meaningful role in the next phase of Web3 development.
Looking Ahead
TEAMZ Web3 Summit 2023 was an inspiring opportunity for CoinsDo to connect with builders, investors, enterprises, and Web3 communities in Japan and beyond.
As CoinsDo continues to expand, we see Japan as an important market for the future of digital asset infrastructure. We will continue building secure and user-friendly wallet solutions that help businesses and users interact with blockchain more confidently.
A big thank you to the TEAMZ team for organizing a successful summit, and to everyone who connected with us during the event.
We look forward to supporting the continued growth of Web3 in Japan and across the global digital asset ecosystem.
Web3 starts with better infrastructure — and CoinsDo is proud to be part of that journey.
