[Merchant backend] To enhance fund security, an expiration time (up to 3 days) must be set when approving dispatching records. If the transaction is not broadcast successfully within the set time, it will be automatically canceled. [CoinGet Center] Added an on/off switch for configured collection addresses. Sub-accounts require permission to access this feature. Optimizations 1. [Merchant backend] Block scanning and adding records now use a custom txIndex rule, ensuring values remain unchanged even after reorgs. 2. [Merchant backend] If a dispatching or collection transaction uses a lower nonce, the system can now automatically handle it instead of marking it as failed. 3. [Merchant backend] Optimized ZEC gas fee calculation.

Details are as follows: Estimated Start Time: November 4, 2025, 16:00 (UTC+8) Estimated Duration: Approximately 8–10 hours Official Announcement: Polkadot Network Upgrade Notice Kind Reminder: During the upgrade period, all on-chain operations on the Polkadot network — including dispatching, collecting, and balance updates — may be affected or temporarily unavailable. Please make the necessary arrangements in advance. The system will automatically resume normal operation once the upgrade is complete, and CoinsDo will not issue a separate restoration notice.
